Returns & Refunds
We hope you're happy with your Kósmo Atelier purchase. If for any reason you would like
to return your item, please follow the guidelines below.

Return Period
You may return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return your order: step by step guide

1. Please fill in the 'Return form' below, so we know your product is coming back.

You can send it as a letterbox parcel with track and trace, for instance via here

3. After receiving your item(s), your refund will be processed.

Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, and
undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these
requirements.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed.
The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used at checkout.
Please allow up to 7 days after we have received the item for the refund to
appear.

If your order total falls below €99 after returns, we will deduct €4,40 from
the original order amount to cover shipping costs.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for another product, please return your
original purchase first and then place a new order through our website.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable
shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered
returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us before returning
the product so we can assist you further.
